Payment and Ordering
We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover and Pay Pal. You may also pay by check or money order. If you pay by check, your order will be sent after the check has cleared.
Shipping
Shipping is via United States Post first class mail. First class shipping cost is $5.95. If you need an item sent overnight, email me for shipping method and additional shipping costs. Orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return it within 10 days for an exchange or a full refund. Shipping is not refundable.
Repair Service
We offer repairs on all beaded jewelry. Simply email a picture of your damaged item and a phone number to contact you and we will email an estimate for the repair. If for some reason an item purchased from Simple Graces needs repair because of a mistake on our part, return it with all the beads you were able to savage and we will repair it for you at no charge. Please return the item with pre-paid postage to cover the return shipping. Email me at Daphne@simplegracesjewelry.com if you need further assistance.
Out of Stock
If an item is marked out of stock, you may still be able to order it. But that normally means that the item was a limited edition and I can no longer find those exact beads. I might be able to make you a very similar piece of jewelry. Please email me at Daphne@simplegracesjewelry.com to check the availability of any item marked "out of stock".
