Custom Jewelry Design Service

Custom jewelry is a specialty at our retail store. We have made custom pieces for bridal parties, proms, conformations and other special occasions. If you would like to place a custom order, or simply see a piece that you like, but would like it in a special size or color, please let us know. Please email your request to Daphne@SimpleGracesJewelry.com. Be sure to include a detailed description, pictures, a price range, and a deadline as to when you would need the jewelry. The more information you can provide, the better. A representative will contact you with a price quote when we have checked on the availability of the materials needed to complete the design.
All custom orders require a 50% deposit. You will be provided with pictures and dimensions of the work in progress to make sure you are getting what you want. When you are satisfied with the design, the remaining balance will be due and when payment is received, your custom Simple Graces jewelry will be shipped to you.
Simple Graces does not accept returns on custom orders. Any changes you want to make to your custom jewelry, after you receive it will incur a minimum of $20.00 labor fee, plus parts. This is standard practice for all custom orders.
