We would like to show our appreciation to customers who refer friends and family to our website and/or our South Tampa boutique. Simple Graces is launching a customer rewards program that provides a $5 gift certificate for each new customer* referred by you.
How It Works:
1. Refer somenone to our website or South Tampa boutique who has not already shopped with us. 2. When your referral makes their first purchase at Simple Graces online, ask them to write a note in the "comments box" during checkout stating that you referred them to our website. Your friend should include your name and city/state and email address. For example: I am a new customer who was referred by Barbara Jones of Tampa, FL, email address smplgraces@aol.com. If your friend makes a purchase in our boutique ask them to tell the cashier that they were referred by you. To qualify as a referral, the purchase** must be for merchandise totaling $50.00 or more.
3. After each referral has completed the purchase, we will contact you by email (make sure we have your correct email address). You can receive your $5.00 gift certificate or accumulate enough referrals to receive a larger gift certificate. If you decide to carry a rewards balance, after the 5th referral, you can receive a $30 gift certificate. This gift certificate is transferable.
For every five qualifying referrals between now and December 31, you are entitled to one $30.00 gift certificate. Once your friends discover Simple Graces, they can also refer others to the store and enjoy the same customer rewards.
Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions.
* New customers are customers who have not previously purchased from Simple Graces.
** A purchase is defined as a sale that is not later returned for a refund. Or, if part of the order is returned for a refund, at least $50.00 of merchandise remains billed to the customer.
Simple Graces will administer this customer rewards program at its sole discretion.
